Starmatik’s sorting systems are able to unload and palletize the vast majority of pieces produced by laser cutting machines in one single automated operation. Powered by dedicated software, they use anthropomorphic robots with automatic gripper change, and are able to identify each piece in the nesting of the laser machine itself and place it into pallets, while transferring the scrap to an unloading bay. A camera system ensures that the workpiece pick and place procedure is carried out correctly and in full.
